Spending a nice summer day at home might not bring "photo-op" to your mind but there's really no reason why it shouldn't.

Being raised by professional photographer parents you might think our kids are just always ready and excited to see the camera come out. Not so much. Like most kids, they've got plenty of activities they'd rather be doing. That's just one of the beautiful things about family lifestyle photos; when kids are just playing and doing the stuff they normally do, they usually don't mind the camera at all! And, you can usually get away with doing them in places that are special to you.
